Purposeful developmental play, without leaving you to plan it all yourself. Growth Garden helps you find the right stage, choose the way you want to buy, and keep the physical and digital parts of your child’s journey connected.
1. Find your child’s stage
Start with your child’s age or date of birth. Growth Garden uses five stages — Seed, Sprout, Branch, Sapling and Mighty Tree — and ten box chapters from birth to 5+ years. Age gives you a practical starting point while still recognising that every child develops at their own pace.
2. Choose the complete journey or one box
Choose The Complete 10-Box Journey as the planned recurring option across all ten Growth Garden boxes, or choose a Once-Off Age-Stage Box for the stage you need right now. There are no three-month or six-month subscription plans.
3. Create your account — without accidentally placing an order
Your account gives you a place for your child’s Growth Garden journey. Creating an account on its own does not send a box to packing and does not count as a completed purchase.
4. Complete checkout and payment
A physical order only becomes eligible for packing after checkout and successful payment. The payment methods genuinely available to you will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. We prepare the correct box
Your paid order is matched to the correct box and packing information. Growth Garden’s fulfilment process is designed around a box-specific contents list and quality check before courier hand-off.
6. Your order is sent through our courier process
When ordering opens, available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout. Tracking information will be shared after dispatch where available.
7. Continue the journey in My Garden
My Garden is being built as the parent space for your child’s stage, purchased boxes and the digital videos or resources included with those paid purchases. Purchased content should only unlock for the matching paid box.
8. Grow into the next adventure
If you choose the Complete 10-Box Journey, each future charge and box will follow the schedule and terms shown before you subscribe. If you choose a Once-Off Age-Stage Box, nothing renews automatically and you decide whether to return for another box later. Sapling and Mighty Tree activities remain own-pace collections even when they form part of the full journey.
