Which box is right for my child?
Start with your child’s age or date of birth. Growth Garden follows ten box chapters across five stages: Seed, Sprout, Branch, Sapling and Mighty Tree. Age is a practical guide rather than a developmental race, so always follow your own child’s abilities, interests and cues too. Find your child’s stage.
Will I be able to buy only one box?
Yes. A Once-Off Age-Stage Box lets you choose the box that matches your child’s current stage with one payment and no automatic continuation.
What is the Complete 10-Box Journey?
The Complete 10-Box Journey is the only planned recurring subscription option. It follows all ten Growth Garden boxes across Seed, Sprout, Branch, Sapling and Mighty Tree. There are no three-month or six-month subscription plans. The full price, billing dates, dispatch schedule and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you subscribe or authorise a recurring charge.
Does creating an account place an order?
No. Your account is there to hold your child’s Growth Garden journey and purchased resources. A physical order only becomes eligible for packing after checkout and successful payment.
What is My Garden?
My Garden is the parent space being built around your child’s Growth Garden journey. It is designed to bring together purchased boxes, stage information and the videos or digital resources included with paid purchases. Creating an account alone does not unlock paid box content.
How involved do I need to be?
Growth Garden is designed for shared play, especially in the younger stages. Your guidance keeps instructions simple and explains what to do, why it matters and how you can adapt an activity for your child.
Can we use the activities more than once?
Absolutely. Reuse is part of the design. Many resources can be repeated, adapted or combined in different ways so useful materials do not become one-and-done clutter.
Are the activities safe for my child?
Activities are designed for specific developmental stages and include supervision guidance where needed. Always follow the age guidance, safety information and instructions supplied with your box. Growth Garden supports developmental play and does not replace medical, therapeutic or professional advice.
How will delivery work?
Orders will enter packing after successful payment and will be sent through Growth Garden’s courier process. When ordering opens, final delivery options, charges and available timing will be shown during checkout. Any pre-order product will clearly state its expected launch or dispatch information.
When does Growth Garden launch?
Seed Box 1 is currently planned for 30 November 2026. This remains the target date while prototype, supplier, safety, courier and checkout checks are completed. Later release dates will only be announced once they are ready.
Can Growth Garden tell me whether my child is developing normally?
No. Growth Garden provides educator-designed play ideas and age-stage guidance, not diagnosis or individual developmental assessment. If you are concerned about your child’s health, movement, communication, learning or development, speak with an appropriately qualified professional.
