Quick answers for your Growth Garden journey. From finding the right box to understanding My Garden, here’s what you need to know before you grow with us.
Which box is right for my little one?
Start with your little one’s current age. Growth Garden follows ten box chapters across five stages: Seed, Sprout, Branch, Sapling and Mighty Tree. Age is a practical guide rather than a developmental race, so follow your own child’s abilities, interests and cues too. Find your little one’s stage.
Do I need to enter a date of birth to find a box?
No. The public Find My Box guide uses age bands only. Signed-in profile features may use child information an authorised adult chooses to provide later, subject to Growth Garden’s privacy controls.
Can I buy only one box?
Yes. One Garden Adventure is the once-off route: one age-stage box, one payment and no recurring billing authority.
How much will Seed Box 1 cost?
Seed Box 1 for ages 0–3 months has an approved once-off RRP of R1,199. It is planned for release on 30 November 2026, subject to the remaining launch-readiness gates. The exact delivery charge and total payable will be shown before payment when ordering opens.
What about the later boxes?
Boxes 2–10 have planned staged rollout dates, but each remains Coming Soon and non-purchasable until its own product, safety, stock, payment, delivery and QA gates pass. The customer-facing price and availability will be clear before that box can be ordered.
What is Grow With Me?
Grow With Me is Growth Garden’s planned recurring journey across all ten age-stage boxes from Seed through Mighty Tree. It is not available to join yet. Before recurring checkout ever opens, Growth Garden will publish the exact programme price, billing cadence, delivery timing, cancellation rules and any subscriber benefit, and you will see those terms before authorising recurring charges.
Can I cancel Grow With Me?
There is no live Grow With Me agreement to cancel yet. If the recurring journey is introduced, cancellation and any already-paid box treatment will follow the customer terms shown before recurring authority is created and applicable South African law.
Does creating an account place an order?
No. Your account or child profile does not place an order, start Grow With Me or trigger packing. A physical order only becomes eligible for fulfilment after checkout and successful payment.
What is My Garden?
My Garden is the Growth Garden space being built around your little one’s journey. It is designed to bring together genuinely purchased boxes, stage information and the digital resources included with those paid purchases. Creating an account alone does not unlock paid box content.
How involved do I need to be?
Growth Garden is designed for shared play, especially in the younger stages. Guidance helps you know what to do, why an activity is included and how to adapt it while staying actively involved where supervision is required.
Can we use activities more than once?
Yes. Reuse is part of the design. Many resources can be repeated, adapted or used in different ways as your little one grows in confidence and interest.
Are Growth Garden activities safe?
Growth Garden uses age-aware guidance and supervision instructions, but no activity is declared safe merely because it appears in a box plan. Exact products must pass the applicable sample, evidence and production checks before release. Always follow supplied age, safety, cleaning and supervision guidance. Growth Garden supports everyday developmental play and does not replace medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or other professional advice.
How will delivery work?
Only successfully paid eligible orders move into packing. The available delivery method, charge and expected timing will be shown before payment, and tracking will be shared after dispatch where available. Growth Garden does not currently promise a particular free-delivery threshold unless it is expressly shown at checkout.
When does Growth Garden launch?
Seed Box 1 for ages 0–3 months is currently planned for 30 November 2026. Ordering opens only after the required prototype, safety, supplier, packaging, courier, payment and end-to-end checks pass.
Will there be other Growth Garden products later?
Possibly. Right now the focus is the ten-box journey and making Seed Box 1 genuinely launch-ready. Thoughtful extras may grow in the Garden Shed later, but Growth Garden will only announce them once their contents, safety, pricing and fulfilment are genuinely ready.
Can Growth Garden tell me whether my child is developing normally?
No. Growth Garden provides educator-designed play ideas and age-stage guidance, not diagnosis or individual developmental assessment. If you are concerned about your child’s health or development, speak with an appropriately qualified professional.
